Visit websiteAfrica Smile AVID is a non-profit association created in 2014 and based in Lomé, the capital of Togo. It was born of a meeting between 2 humanitarian associations: Africa Smile and AVID (Association de Volontariat International Djidudu).
Its aim is to promote rural development and combat poverty, while improving the socio-educational and cultural living conditions of communities. The association is active in various fields: sport, the environment, health and education. It supports numerous projects in Togo, such as the creation of schools, the development of medical centers, the construction of boreholes, the organization of sporting events…
The association regularly welcomes volunteers, particularly students and young graduates, in search of a humanitarian mission.
Africa Smile has developed a partnership with the French association Humani’Terre LH, an international solidarity association for students at the University of Le Havre, to find volunteers and help finance its projects.
